COMMISSIONED ARTWORK AND ALTERATIONS
Want help designing a custom project? Do you want to change the colours or size of a listing, but don't have the software or know-how? We can set you up a custom listing to suit your needs ♥ We can alter our existing designs to your specifications, or create entirely new art for you.
We craft our graphics with a lot of care and attention to detail, and this is reflected in the prices for bespoke design.
Quotes for small alterations to existing artwork start at USD $25. Quotes for customised new artwork start at USD $100. Quotes vary based on the specifics of the job, so be sure to contact us for a more personalised quote.
The quote includes:
- Time taken to discuss the details of the job.
- Creation and editing of artwork.
- Two rounds of revisions to get the artwork just how you want it (further rounds of revisions can be purchased if required).
- Setting up of files to your specified format.
- Delivery of files to your email.
Once we have discussed details of the project we create a personalised Etsy listing for you. Upon purchase of this custom listing we'll send you through the first mock up (usually within 3 business days, but often much sooner) and work together with you until you are happy with your artwork. Once you have approved the design we will email you the artwork in your specified format. Please allow at least 72 hours from approval to receiving the finalised artwork. Most designs are completed in less than 6 business days.

• Commercial Licence.
LUNE artwork is free to use in your personal projects, such as wedding invitations.
If you wish to use our artwork for commercial purposes (wall art, invitations, planner stickers etc) you can do this for free, however you must provide credit to FRANCEillustration (with a clickable link to our Etsy store) wherever and whenever it's used.
If you do not wish to provide credit, or it's not feasible/possible to provide a clickable credit link clearly beneath the artwork wherever it is used (such as logos, website designs, store branding, printed merchandise), you must purchase a USD $20 Commercial License to use without credit.
Let us know what you're intending to use your commissioned graphics for and we can discuss whether you require a Commercial Licence.
• Rush Design.
Do you need your project completed in less than 3 business days?
Purchase a 'Rush' add on: USD $25 (for small projects) or $40 for larger projects.
• Extra Revisions.
The original quote includes three rounds of revisions. If you decide you need to make more changes after these have been used you can purchase an extra at USD $20 per revision.
We are based in Melbourne, Australia. This means our timezone is almost opposite to our friends in America and Europe. We try our best to work around this time difference, but please be sure to take it into account - especially when requesting urgent jobs!

Before purchasing a commission, please note:
• All designs, unless otherwise discussed, are digital format only. No physical product will be shipped.
• Please be aware that colour may vary slightly due to differences in screens, material and printers. If you require exact colors please provide a CMYK or Pantone reference number. We cannot be held responsible for how colors will appear across different media/printers.
• Work will only commence upon purchase of the Custom Listing. Full payment is to be received before revisions or final files will be sent. Coupon codes cannot be used when paying for Custom artwork. The quote must be paid for in full.
• Please choose carefully, as there are no refunds on jobs under USD $100 once design has commenced. It is considered payment for time already invested in the project. A 50% refund can be issues for jobs over $100, if the job is not finalized to your liking, and no final files have been sent. There are no refunds once final files have been sent.
• Your job will be considered 'closed' after a lapse in communication lasting longer than 14 days. We always follow up with our clients to the best of our ability, but we can't hold our time slots for commercial work open indefinitely.
• We will not straight copy a fellow artists design. You can provide examples to inspire your new design, but at no time will we exactly copy another artists work. We wouldn't want it done to us :)
• You will be offered a preview of the final artwork for Sign Off before we set up and deliver your final files. Please carefully check the artwork and ensure you are totally happy with it before Signing Off. Your original quote includes 2 rounds of revisions, but regardless of how many have been used, once artwork has been Signed Off any requests for further alterations will come at a cost.
• All rights to the artwork remain with FRANCEillustration. Purchase of files does not transfer right of ownership.
• The prices above are not standard Graphic Design charges (the Australian average being about $40-$70 p/hr). These lower prices are especially for our Etsy customers, who are working on projects that are for personal and small business commercial work. If you wish to discuss design that is to be used in a larger scale commercial project please contact us first to discuss a quote.
• Prices stated are valid for 30 days from original quote.
• We charge very low prices for bespoke design. To make up for this, commissioned artwork may be altered and listed in our Etsy store. If you wish to retain exclusive rights to the artwork, this can be purchased for US$700.
• By purchasing from FRANCEillustration on Etsy you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
